The Aleutia E2 mini desktop.Tough, Tiny, Green!

Posted by Ryu in category(s) Blog | Permalink |

A few years ago, Microsoft surpsied world with the $100 computer which was designed to meet the need for computer in developing country. “One laptop per child” was unbelievable slogan.

Today, there is another surprise. The “Aleutia“, from England, develop the desktop which operate with only 8watt of electricity. Usual computer spend about 100 watt to use, and that prevents developing country from buying it becasue of unsufficient infrastructure of electricity. It is not only energy efficient, but also reasonable price!

“One desktop per people” would be a slogan near future?
